This pretty pebble beach is well worth visiting and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering menus of local cuisine, in particular fresh fish. It is also accessible by foot taking a street through the town and via a series of steps. 

The local bus service will also take you to the beach in Positano, a larger town along the coast ( 6 km). The main public transport system (bus/taxi) is just a few minutes walk from Il Glicine, and provides transport to Amalfi, Capri, Positano, Salerno, Sorrento, Pompeii, Ravello, and the city of Naples and also to all of the smaller towns along the coast.
